The confirmed hours will be paid as usual.
If the decision is in your favor, the remaining amount will be transferred to your account separately

The Credit Limit is a status assigned to an employer after their company successfully passes moderation on the platform. Based on the evaluation, the platform sets a limit: €5,000, €10,000, or €10,000+.

This means:

You can create and publish jobs immediately, without prepayment.
The platform issues invoices for the actual work completed by employees twice a month and sends them to the email address you provided

Question 14

Can I increase my credit limit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can request a credit limit increase. To do this:

Go to the "Company Information" section → "Finance Info".
Select your desired credit limit and save the changes.
After your request is reviewed, our manager will contact you with the decision.

Question 15

What does the Prepayment status mean?

Accepted Answer

Prepayment is a status assigned to an employer after their company has been moderated. When a job is created, a prepayment invoice is automatically sent to the specified email address.
Once the invoice is paid, the job is published on the platform and becomes available to seekers.

Question 16

What happens if the prepayment amount is not used in full?

Accepted Answer

After the final shift is completed, the job will be closed. Within 2 business days, the platform recalculates the total based on the actual work performed.
Any overpaid amount will be refunded to the bank account from which the payment was made.

Question 17

Who pays the salary, withholds taxes, and registers the worker in the Employment Register (Tööregister)?
